Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. is seeking a litigation attorney in its Wenatchee office. Areas of practice would include real estate, commercial, business, debtor-creditor, trusts and estate and general litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience and be expected to:

  • Research and analyze complex issues;
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other legal documents;
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including the handling of electronically stored data and voluminous document productions and associated review;
  • Conduct and assist with depositions and other motions practice and court hearings;
  • Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation and/or to provide trial support;
  • Counsel clients;
  • Strategize and negotiate solutions for clients;
  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients and others in a professional and courteous manner; and
  • Perform work independently to achieve client objectives.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $120,000 a year and depends on the candidate’s experience level.
