Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. is seeking a litigation attorney in its Wenatchee office. Areas of practice would include real estate, commercial, business, debtor-creditor, trusts and estate and general litigation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience and be expected to:
- Research and analyze complex issues;
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other legal documents;
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including the handling of electronically stored data and voluminous document productions and associated review;
- Conduct and assist with depositions and other motions practice and court hearings;
- Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation and/or to provide trial support;
- Counsel clients;
- Strategize and negotiate solutions for clients;
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients and others in a professional and courteous manner; and
- Perform work independently to achieve client objectives.
