Doug served as a Managing Member of the firm, Chair of the Business Department, and Chair of the Healthcare Practice. During his time at OMW, he had been active in business transactions and health law for over 40 years, representing hospitals, nursing and retirement homes, physicians, and other health related clients.

Robert Kiesz

Bob served as a Member and lead attorney in the Wenatchee office. He acted as general counsel and legal advisor to clients in North Central Washington where he focused on the areas of business, real estate, agriculture, estate planning, banking, and commercial law. He was also general counsel to municipal corporations, regularly advising them on legal and practical issues.

Gil Sparks

Gil worked on labor and employment law issues for over 42 years as a lawyer, human resources manager, and senior business executive. In his law practice, Gil represented management clients in both the public and private sector on the full range of labor and employment law issues.

Wayne Tanaka

Wayne served as a Managing Member at the firm, and past chair of the firm’s Municipal practice area. As a lead attorney, Wayne was responsible for the full range of projects associated with our municipal clients, which include land use decisions, growth management, municipal financing, personnel matters, public records and open public meetings.

Michael Wickstead

Mike served as a Managing Member at the firm, an attorney in the firm’s Business practice area and lead attorney in the Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor group. His expertise included advising debtors who are contemplating bankruptcy as to their rights, obligations and opportunities.
