Associate Attorney – Wenatchee

Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to support various practices in its Wenatchee office, including litigation, municipal, contracts, real estate/land use, employment, and estate planning.

Applicants must have a Washington State Bar license. All experience levels will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide legal support to senior attorneys by drafting, analyzing and interpreting agreements, contracts, and legal documents, including ordinances, resolutions, policies and procedures;
  • Research and analyze complex issues;
  • Manage multifaceted business transactions and closings;
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other legal documents;
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including the handling of electronically stored data and voluminous document productions and associated review;
  • Conduct and assist with depositions and other motions practice and court hearings;
  • Assist senior attorneys with trial preparation and/or to provide trial support;
  • Counsel clients to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws;
  • Strategize and negotiate solutions for clients;
  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients in a professional and courteous manner; and
  • Perform work independently to achieve client objectives.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $120,000 a year.
