Both formerly with Stoel Rives LLP, Wendy and Juliana bring extensive expertise in estate planning, trust administration, probate, taxation, and charitable giving. Wendy Goffe – Wendy brings over 30 years of experience in estate planning, advising clients on complex issues such as probate, trust administration, estate and gift taxation, and charitable giving. She has extensive expertise in representing private collectors, foundations, and museums in the legal aspects of art transactions, including the purchase, sale, gifting, and recovery of fine art. Wendy also counsels clients on prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements.

Juliana Whelan – Juliana joins OMW with over 25 years of experience in estate, gift, and tax planning. She specializes in family business succession, gifting, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and trust and estate planning and administration. Juliana also has extensive experience preparing federal and state estate and gift tax returns.
