Ogden Murphy Wallace, P.L.L.C. is seeking a Litigation Data Coordinator/Paralegal to join our litigation practice in our Seattle office. OMW is a multi-specialty firm primarily serving Pacific Northwest clients for over 100 years. OMW emphasizes a collaborative, team approach to the delivery of exceptional legal services and is seeking applicants who are like-minded with strong research and writing skills, superior academic credentials, and the ability to work closely with multiple attorneys and staff. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and manage deadlines, have strong verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented with excellent proof-reading ability.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in the following areas:

  • Organizing and maintaining data, files, and case materials (electronic binders, document management coordination, contacts, etc.).
  • Reconciling complex payment and reimbursement transactions.
  • Drafting correspondence to clients and opposing counsel, under the direction of an attorney.
  • Transforming large amounts of data into an easily digestible and trackable format, including charts, graphs and other visual aids.
  • Merging digital and physical documents.
  • Creating, maintaining, updating, and/or improving upon in-house databases.
  • Tracking and documenting case-related information, including insurance tenders, responses, allocations, and status of matters.
  • Assisting attorneys/paralegals with any tasks related to data extraction or simplification.
  • Performing paralegal duties, including research, bates labeling projects, document review and management, and other related duties.

Ogden Murphy Wallace offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan, paid time off, ten paid holidays per year, paid family leave, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage. The compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 a year. Other compensation includes an annual discretionary profit-sharing contribution and bonus consideration.
