Yejin is an Associate in the firm’s Business Group, where she represents clients across diverse industries in complex corporate and real estate transactions.
Yejin's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and sales, corporate formation, and governance. She approaches each engagement thoughtfully, leveraging collaborative teamwork to deliver practical, strategic solutions tailored to her clients' needs.
Yejin earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. During law school, she gained valuable judicial experience as an extern for the Honorable Justice Mary I. Yu of the Washington Supreme Court and served on the Moot Court Board and the Seattle Journal for Social Justice. She is admitted to practice in Washington and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Beyond her legal work, Yejin serves as President-Elect of the Korean American Bar Association of Washington and dedicating pro bono time to supporting Kids in Need of Defense.
