Biography
Katherine is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Municipal practice groups. Her practice covers a broad array of legal issues that impact both public and private entities. She has experience in various corporate and transactional matters, including regulatory compliance, data governance, privacy issues, and contract interpretation. Katherine is also passionate about advising clients on emerging issues related to artificial intelligence, interoperability, and data privacy.
Katherine earned her B.A. in History from Western Washington University and her J.D. from Seattle University, graduating with honors from both institutions. While in law school, she interned with the general counsel of a Seattle-area company and with the Washington State Court of Appeals, in addition to working as a summer associate at OMW. She also served as a Research and Technical Editor for Lead Articles and was a student author for the Seattle University Law Review. A proud Seattle-area local, Katherine spends her time outside of work exploring the Pacific Northwest with her partner and golden retriever, or reading a novel on days when even she can’t handle the rain.
