Juliana Whelan is an attorney In OMW's Trust and Estate group. She has over 25 years of experience in gift, estate, and tax planning; family business succession planning; pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements; planning for charitable giving; preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns; and the administration of trusts and decedents’ estates.
While in law school, Juliana was an extern to the Honorable Eugene Lynch, Federal Circuit Court, San Francisco, California.
