Heidi is dedicated to Municipal Law and combines her experience and approachability to navigate complex legal challenges for her clients.

Biography

Heidi works hard for municipal clients leveraging her many years of municipal law experience. She uses her easy-going openness to put clients and opposing parties at ease in tense situations. She knows that engaging a lawyer and tackling legal issues can be intimidating and overwhelming, and she helps her clients to understand complex issues and break through the legal jargon. Heidi firmly believes that we can disagree without being disagreeable and that leads to better outcomes for her clients.

Prior to joining Ogden Murphy Wallace, Heidi cut her teeth in municipal law on the Olympic Peninsula. While there, she enjoyed all the aspects of a municipal practice including criminal prosecution, risk management, labor negotiations, contract drafting, land use, and human resources. She particularly enjoys helping her municipal clients manage complex HR issues and creatively solving problems. She always wants to help her clients get to yes.

Heidi is currently working on her goal to visit all fifty states, all seven continents, and at least 100 countries. She also enjoys baking, roller skating, and walks with Lennon, her 95 pound mutt.
