With experience and a passion for both transactional and litigation matters, Elliot strives to provide strategic and practical guidance to his clients as they navigate complex legal problems.

Biography

Elliot is an associate in the firm’s Business and Litigation practice groups. Elliot is also a returning summer associate that spent his last summer handling cases from bankruptcy, tax, municipal, construction, trust and estate, and tribal law matters. 

Elliot received a B.A. in Political Science and Law, Societies, & Justice from the University of Washington. During his time in undergrad, he spent two years as a legal assistant with a small law firm that specialized in right restoration. Afterwards, he received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology, and Arts. He also externed at legal-aid organizations including: the Washington State Moderate Means Program, the Tenant Law Center, and the Unemployment Law Project.

Outside the office, Elliot can often be found struggling at a golf course, yelling at a Mariners game, or experimenting with new recipes.
