Biography
Drew Pearsall is a Senior Attorney in the firm’s Litigation department. He has trial, arbitration, and mediation experience in a broad range of matters including insurance, construction, professional liability, and product liability disputes. Drew enjoys representing clients in various tort, contract dispute, insurance coverage, construction, and environmental law cases. He is especially familiar with environmental matters brought pursuant to Washington’s Model Toxics Control Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. Drew assists clients with all facets of litigation including pre-suit advice, discovery, motions practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Throughout any matter, Drew is focused on obtaining the best outcome for the client by providing strategic guidance to help navigate conflict and find creative solutions that best fit the client's needs.
Drew has been a licensed attorney for eleven years and is currently in his second tenure with Ogden Murphy Wallace. He was a litigator with the firm for six years before transitioning to teach Dual College Credit/Honors Government, Dual College Credit/Honors English, and Mock Trial courses at Kennedy Catholic High School for the past three years. He also coached basketball and baseball and is excited to apply the valuable skills he learned teaching and coaching to his legal practice. Drew is admitted to practice in Washington and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Drew received a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Rhetoric from Whitman College and his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. He was a member of the Washington Journal of Environmental Law & Policy, served as one of its Notes and Comments Editors, and published an article evaluating regulatory and pragmatic issues tied to Bonneville Power Administration's energy curtailment policy.
Outside the office, Drew spends his time enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest with his wife and yellow labrador retriever, cheering on the Seattle Mariners, golfing, and fly-fishing as much as possible.
