Adriana advises businesses, health care organizations, and individuals, on employment and health law matters including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, workplace leave, and accommodations, along with other issues.

Biography

Adriana provides representation in administrative proceedings and in response to complaints filed with government agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Washington Human Rights Commission, Washington Employment Security Division, Washington Health Care Authority, Washington Medical Commission, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She also advises health care organization and providers regarding licensing, medical staff, and quality improvement issues.

Adriana graduated from the University of Washington School of Law where she served as an Executive Articles Editor of the Washington Law Review. Prior to law school, she received a MSc. from Duke University and a B.A. from Macalester College with honors. Adriana speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese and has spent significant time in Brazil, including as a Fulbright Fellow.
