Biography

Doreen, originally from Tehran, Iran, immersed herself in STEM and software engineering studies. Upon relocating to the United States, she pursued a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising, realizing that her analytical mind and creative inclinations were best suited for the field of law. She earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and had the opportunity to serve as a judicial extern for Justice Mary Yu on the Washington Supreme Court, gaining invaluable insights into the legal system. In addition to her legal pursuits, Doreen has a deep passion for AI and its intersection with law, leading her to establish the Space Law Society during law school. In addition she served as an editor for the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environmental & Innovation Law.

Admitted to practice in Washington, she is fluent in Farsi and conversational in French. Doreen brings a unique blend of legal insight, interdisciplinary interests, and a multicultural background to our firm.
