Ogden Murphy Wallace Elects New Managing Member, Jessica Jensen, and Assistant Managing Member, Daniel Kenny.

Seattle, Washington - Ogden Murphy Wallace PLLC is pleased to announce the election of Jessica Jensen as the Managing Member and Daniel Kenny as the Assistant Managing Member, beginning January 2024.

This transition of leadership marks an exciting time at OMW as we strive to continue our excellence in serving our clients. With this change in leadership, we want to express our gratitude to our outgoing Managing Member, Geoff Bridgman, who served for eight years with exceptional leadership, especially during the uncertain times of the pandemic.

Jessica Jensen, a Member and immediate past Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and an experienced litigator with a local and national practice. Jessica’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and products liability. Jessica’s practice includes serving as national counsel for various clients, allowing her the opportunity to practice in state and federal courts in a number of jurisdictions. Jessica enjoys working collaboratively with her clients, whether as a zealous advocate in litigation or trusted advisor on various risk management issues.

Jessica received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Washington and her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where she was a Comments Editor of the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal.

Daniel Kenny, a Member in the firm’s Municipal Department and the City Attorney for multiple Puget Sound municipalities. His broad practice encompasses all facets of municipal representation, ranging from land use to public works construction. He has specific experience with the constitutional issues implicated by local sign regulations and has been a featured presenter on sign code topics. Daniel also advises municipalities on telecommunications related matters, working with them to negotiate telecommunications and cable franchises, lease agreements, pole attachment agreements, drafting right of way use ordinances and zoning codes.

Daniel received his B.A. in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in business from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
